The plenary meeting of the 26 partners of the SEED2SCALE project, including the City of Torino, took place in Zagreb. Participants discussed the role of National Competence Centres and the current state of social innovation in the EU. The meeting also showcased concrete examples of Croatian good practices in the fields of circular economy, inclusion and culture.
