A delegation led by the Mayor of the City of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, visited Torino for the signing ceremony of the Torino–Kharkiv Cooperation Pact, held at the City Hall in the presence of the Consul General of Ukraine in Milan, Volodymyr Vorona, as well as the city's main authorities. The pact, valid for five years, strengthens relations between the two cities and reaffirms support for the Ukrainian population. The agreement promotes joint projects in the fields of mobility, culture, education, healthcare, and local development.
