On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the twinning between Torino and Nagoya, Mayor Lo Russo welcomed a delegation from Nagoya led by Mayor Ichiro Hirosawa and City Council President Hisashi Nishikawa to the CityHall. Visits and meetings were organized for the delegation with local interlocutors such as the Teatro Regio, the Convitto Nazionale Umberto I, and the Politecnico di Torino. Moreover to introduce Torino residents to the charm of the Japanese city, two events open to the public were organised: Tasting Washoku at Green Pea and “MUSUBI Torino and Nagoya: links between cities and cultures” at the Polo del ‘900.
