Mayor Stefano Lo Russo, together with the President of the Piedmont Region Alberto Cirio and the President of the Organising Committee Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, participated in Athens in the solemn ceremony of awarding the "Torch of Hope" to the Organizing Committee of the World Winter Games Special Olympics Torino 2025.
Mayor Stefano Lo Russo led a mission to Tashkent with the Politecnico di Torino, the Industrial Union, the Chamber of Commerce and the Iren Group to discuss collaboration projects in the fields of education, research, industry, energy and culture. The delegation also met with the Italian Ambassador to Tashkent, Piergabriele Papadia de Bottini, and the Mayor of Tashkent, Shavkat Umurzakov.
